Is an AF person subject to the effect of the "Neave strobe"?

Hey Tarin, Trent, Stephanie, Chris, any other actually free person, (anyone feel free to chip in!)

I am curious to know whether an actually free person is still subject to certain visual effects such as the Neave strobe effect:

http://www.neave.com/strobe/

As my perception is now, I look into that for thirty seconds, then I look away, and there is a very pronounced visual distortion.

Does this distortion happen to you?

Thanks :-)
