Theravadin Sangha that focuses on siddhi development?

Hi, 

At some point I remember coming across mention of a Theravadin Sangha somewhere (probably SE Asia?) that focuses on psychic/siddhi development and has an online presence. Does anybody know of anything like that?

Pa Auk Sayadaw is in Myanmar. Probably wouldn't recommend travelling there right now. He's the fella mentioned in MCTB.

I noticed the techniques described there began occuring naturally after 2nd path.

The PA  Auk community  is getting a little new agish..  I have heard of people going there to dovelope ESP . My BS radar is steering  me away from the PA Auk  stuff
