I wonder, if the following experience I had at 13 qualifies as an A&P Event, in your opinion:

Sitting on the toilet, my mind sped up very fast, totally one-pointed on an image of myself and seeing myself grow old and finally vanishing without leaving a trace. Looking back now, I remember feeling a detached observer in this scene and seeing the flickering of those sensations, too. That evening my depression broke out with intense feelings of isolation, despair, misery. It had been 9 years of suffering both consciously and unconsciously from the disease of the dualistic perspective, before finally stumbling onto some theory to put this into perspective, thank god.
