Dear Friends of all kinds,

Why there wouldn't be a meditation center, where researchers and meditators meet their goals?
Meditation without data collection might be a lost opportunity.
Researcher proposed schedules and meditative instructions could be inspiring for meditation addepts.

​​​What would need to happen?
Would a small start be more realistic? (Virtual meditation center - where the set up is at occasional locations and data goes online).
EEG is quite portable, fMRI isn't. Inserting electrodes is not (yet?) a mainstream option. There are places on this Earth which are cheaper to live and make sth like that... There seems to be growing interest in making research of brains on retreats (also before, after and control groups having some other holidays).
