Hi, I'm Bruce :-)

I have been doing Nei Gung (aka Chi Gung) for about 8 years, but I am new to insight meditation. Had my first hard jhana last night with the candle flame meditation, I think.

I live on the Banks Penninsula about an hour and a half drive from Christchurch on the South Island of New Zealand, on a lovely 10 acre block that we are slowly turning into a small retreat center (general, not just meditation, unless I get stream entry and all elitist <grin>).
