Yesterday i attended the afternoon session of a Shinzen talk/retreat in Hamilton, Ontario. He was in good form, delivering his talk over 7hrs and fielding questions with ease though he is ~70yrs old. i spoke with him a few times and what sticks in my memory is this: even though we were eating, and im pretty sure he had a coffee, and though i dont think he had time to brush his teeth--he had good breath!

Don't the scriptures describe one of the benefits of enlightenment as having good breath?
