Hmm, good question. let me ponder....

1. good cosmology/framework for thinking about intentional practices
2. good wisdom on how people go off track via ego/sin
3. fun fun fun -- I don't know why, but I always delight in Alan (and Ducan's) stuff. They are playful creatives as much as they are solid meditators/magickians.

I'm totally with you Shargrol. I find Alan and Duncan great fun to listen to, most of the time. Their Worp FM podcast is worth a listen too:

In particular the "Do What Thou Wilt" episode there with their explanation of the Holy Guardian Angel as a guide to enlightenment and how to summon it was interesting AND practical. As crazy as it will sound to many, you can actually DO it. I was curious and tried it myself for fun.
